This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, with nice views towards Singapore. I especially liked the convenience of the hotel's location, as it was within minutes of the railway station and close to shopping streets and JB customs.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

We loved it, its location and food. Booked superior queen room, that included climate control, flat-screen television and a work desk. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Again, the hotel is located just a short walk away from Zaharah Botanic Gardens. Fortunately, free WiFi was available.

The view was nice here. A few steps away from the food store, where you can have lunch. I strongly recommend this hotel and would stay again and again. 30 minutes' drive to the airport

This hotel is located in a very convenient area, close to shopping streets and JB customs. It is also found within minutes of the railway station, making it easily accessible. The staff at this hotel provided great service and were very attentive to our needs. The basic amenities in the rooms were well-maintained and we enjoyed a great view from our room with a queen bed. The breakfast at the coffee house was simple, but served delicious food.

All aspects of our stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

Better than the rest of Johor Bahru

Wifi poor to non-existant.

Easy access to what Johor Bahru has to offer, only 5 miles to river safari. Everything is GOOD here.

Located in a convenient area with nearby shopping streets and attractions. Lucky to get a stunning view of the city from the higher floors. Within walking distance to a night market to experience the local life. The room was clean and the staff provided helpful service. Basic breakfast was available in the morning.

The building is a bit old and may need renovation in the future, which could affect the overall experience.

The location is very good, because the hotel near the bus terminal, shopping centre and also immigration (ciq) to Singapore... I will come back again to this hotel if I stay at Johor

It's close to jb Central, bus station, and the City Square shopping mall. (10 mins walk), so it's ideal for trips to Legoland from jb Central, or to find decent restaurants at the mall. The staff are polite, but they don't know much about the attractions and transportation options. There's a tour and travel agency next to the lobby that can help you with your tour and sightseeing questions.

No good local restaurants are around, and the prices of the hotel restaurant meals were too high for a 3-star hotel. Breakfast is probably only ideal for Malaysian taste, with nasi lemak, and fried noodles as the main choices. There's a few other simple choices that would serve the purpose, though.

Centrally located near shopping areas, easy parking access, big rooms, well-maintained building, walking distance to various tourist spots.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Had a great Easter weekend with my family at a hotel in the heart of the city. Loved the friendly staff who helped us check-in swiftly and gave us some local insights. The hotel's proximity to the shopping malls was the best part of our stay! We had a great time exploring the shopping and dining scene around the hotel. The spacious and comfortable room with great air-conditioning made for a relaxing stay. The breakfast had a decent variety of options and we indulged in the delicious local cuisine.

We were hoping for better quality coffee in the room and the water pressure in the shower was not strong enough. However, these were just minor issues and did not take away from the rest of our enjoyable stay.
